Aquarius Venus only truly submits and commits to that rare one. That one of a kind. That otherworldly mind, heart, soul, and spirit. They can live a completely free, non-committed, unconventional type of lifestyle happily until they come across their person. They’ll know it’s their one when they feel them deeply on an energetic, and polar level. This is the one and only type they will worship completely until the end of time. The one and only type who will get to authentically experience the unlimited bounds, craving, and devotion of Aquarius Venus.

Standing upon a wide open space in the middle of nowhere; being at the top of a mountain with no one making a sound; awake outside on a street so early that no car lights or noise can be heard… amidst pure silence, aside from the sounds of nature… one of my most favorite feelings & sacred moments in this world. by @pc.s

I didn’t know I was gluten intolerant until 2023… one day I just decided to cut out gluten and see what happens. I lived my life consistently feeling 🐡 and it would fluctuate throughout the month. I always blamed it on eating “too much” in general or not doing enough cardio. Once I cut gluten my life completely changed. After years of unhealthy obsessing I finally had a cure. My body also completely changed. I can actually say I love my body now and genuinely feel so great consistently. I encourage others to just try out going gluten free for a month and see if you can noticeably see and feel a difference because many of us have no idea! I want to also note that during this time I began cutting out vegetable oils (except take out), added gums, soy, and I already consumed no white sugars as much as possible besides take out. I wasn’t being super cautious of sugars though like I am now but I was remaining aware although allowing certain things to slide because I considered them already healthy lol like particular Kombuchas for example. I choose the least amount of sugar items almost all the time now but I will admit I allow myself to indulge if I feel like it (mainly at certain outings with loved ones and honestly in coffee creamer (at home) and when ordering out..even though I only ask for one pump of syrup 😁). There are so many incredible gluten free pasta options, and often special bakeries have gluten free loafs 🤤 🤤 🤤 Since my gluten intolerance discovery I began to pay very close attention to the ingredients of all things.. it is honestly shocking what’s hiding in food and the products we use daily. DYK gluten is even hiding in vitamins and lotions…. 👀 It may seem daunting to begin going gluten free / paying this much attention to your health and what you’re actually putting into / on your body but if you truly care you will find a way somehow. In the next slides I show some of my most recent groceries 😍😍😍 let me tell you these items are the GOODS of the goods!!!! In EVERY way 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
