A blank pre-function space. Three distinct Hilton guest experiences. One completely transformed activation. 🍽️

We partnered with local DC-area fabricator Uniquely DC to create an immersive pop-up environment that didn’t just look the part—it felt like the real thing. Together, we brought three Hilton hospitality experiences to life: Junction, piebird, and The Club at Hilton.

🌟 Junction is an elevated, all-day marketplace experience designed around convenience, curated offerings, and community. For this activation, we welcomed attendees into the morning with artisan provisions, freshly brewed espresso, and warm cookies—creating a thoughtful gathering place that felt connected, convenient, and distinctly different from a traditional meeting break.

🌟 piebird is rooted in Americana nostalgia, pairing the warmth of a home-cooked meal with a contemporary take on classic American hospitality. Created, concepted, and designed by Hilton’s global in-house consultancy, StiR Creative Collective, the experience brought a sense of comfort, familiarity, and connection to the afternoon—exactly what attendees needed during a full day of meetings.

🌟 The Club at Hilton is Hilton’s reimagined club experience, designed for the way today’s guests meet, connect, focus, relax, and recharge. We closed out the day by creating an elevated afternoon break that gave attendees an entirely new experience from where the day began.

Our collaboration with Uniquely DC demonstrated what can happen when PCXP’s creative minds partner with exceptional fabricators: immersive environments, thoughtful storytelling, and showstopping results for our clients.

Everyone looks at the chandeliers. We look at the loading dock.

What our Experience Producers check first on a site visit: the distance from dock to ballroom, whether the freight elevator fits a road case, how many circuits are really open, and what the room looks like from where the CEO will stand.

The Equity in Infrastructure Project reception at the OPC on October 5 brought together over 200 guests for a celebration of 104 Signatories in conjunction with APTA's Transform&Expo.

Behind it: 3 hours, catering & AV partners and a room that was ready before the first guest arrived.

Thank you to @frostchicago for supporting on AV and @churdphoto for capturing the evenings success.

Chicago builds the room before we do.

For Architecture Day, a few of the buildings that have hosted our work: @convene Willis Tower and the @canopyhotels by Hilton Chicago Central Loop, where we host G2's Kickoff. @venuesix10, where we hosted the 2026 ILEA Live and the 2025 Voyager Summit. @hilton_chicago_hotel, where The America College of Financial Services held their 2023 CAAFP Program.

Good architecture does half the design work. Our job is not to fight it.

Full-circle moments smell pretty good. 🕯️✨
After welcoming @blackluxecandles as part of a Retail Row activation at one of our events, we knew we wanted to experience their magic for ourselves.
So, on September 17, the PCXP team traded timelines and production schedules for fragrance notes and fresh pours during a candle-making class at their Chicago studio. It was a chance to slow down, get creative, laugh together and discover which teammates take scent selection very seriously.
We believe supporting small, local and Black-owned businesses should extend beyond the events we produce. Sometimes, you have to put your money where your values are—and turn a great vendor connection into a meaningful team experience.
Thank you to the Black Luxe team for helping us create something special, both in our candles and in the memories we made together. Here’s to strong teams, local gems and collaborations that keep burning long after the event ends. 💙
