@zenergy_poleandyoga Thank you for hosting such a talent packed showcase!!
I was wildly unprepared for this one and had nothing rehearsed. In fact I spent the entire friday before in the emergency room, worried that I had had a heart attack, but priorities ✨ I’m just a girl ✨ This was my first time performing on a stage pole and lemme tell ya, sista girl was nervous and everyone could tell lol.

But, lemme just say this, after nearly a month of chest pains and random heart palpitations, I haven’t had any since dancing the other night. Idkkk, maybe that’s all I needed? Now, to all the girlies who performed, y’all are soooo amazing! Thank you for encouraging me✨ by @pdprincesssnik

I know nowadays folks don’t have the attention span for videos longer than 15 seconds…. But sometimes the freestyle flow be flowing and I just have to post it raw. After all…. this is still my journal of pole goodies! by @pdprincesssnik
