The HPI Student Board invites you to join a "Writing Through Grief" workshop on September 24th at 4:30pm. Grief takes many different forms---from family losses to life shifts to altered hopes, most of us are currently wrestling with uncomfortable feelings. Feel free to bring any emotion that arises to the table as we use guided creative writing to label and understand our feelings in this workshop. Come to the Carolyn Tanner Irish Pavilion for mindfulness practice, guided reflection, and refreshments 🕊 by @peaceatusu

The Sky Was on Fire: Ballet and War in Ukraine follows Ukrainian dancers as they create, resist, and preserve their art through war.

Thank you @theadrenalinefilms, dancers, teachers, administrators, and all others involved for creating such a beautiful, moving film!

Tickets are $5 for USU students & spouse cards/youth, $15 for the general public.

Join us tomorrow, April 15th, at #USU for an unforgettable opportunity to connect and reflect, while helping to launch a student-organized artistic tour of peace. It will be a great way to start no-test week!

6pm - artistic performance, featuring local performers and student dancers from the University of Utah in the Simurgh-Quintet by contemporary Ukrainian composer @poleva.victoria.vita, and inspired by the ancient Persian poem, The Conference of the Birds, by Farid ud-Din Attar and choreography by @sheedykramer. FREE and open to the public.

7:30pm - the Utah premiere of Adrenaline Films' new arthouse documentary, "The Sky Was on Fire: Ballet and War in Ukraine."
