Starting a new unit this week and beginning to work through still life observation! It was definitely a long day but a very exciting one for me. Made my students hands hurt but it's all part of the process.
Also allowed me to sit back and draw for a bit.
I love drawing objects.

The weather made a slight switch up, and I had to take advantage.
So I decided to step out and draw outside for a bit. I feel like life has been so busy, and I barely have time to work. But I will try to make the best of my situation.
I'm grateful for the day, grateful you have had someone to talk to 💙, and grateful for being a witness of beautiful things. Shout-out to the sprinkler system for ending the art session!

Hit a lil 5k with my family this morning!
Do it every year as we continue to donate to the cause. Please continue to pray for and support those who have been affected by cancer.
An unreal number of people showed up today! It was a fight to get a clean start lol.
But I finished at 21.00 easy.

I will explain the story later, but I have a lot of work to do on this bike. Despite the amount of effort, I have found so much happiness in rebuilding it. Working on cars and bikes has brought me so much joy in life. And now I'm definitely going to have something unique and special on the road.
I think my ancestors would be proud.
