POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In 2013, we were sitting at the bar in the New Sheridan Hotel in Telluride, sketching ideas for a dream that didn’t quite exist yet. We had two simple words, be hippy, and a notebook full of hope. Someone walked in and said, “There’s a rainbow outside.” We stepped out, and this was the view that greeted us.

That rainbow became a sign, a beginning, and a promise. We followed it, not knowing where it would lead, and it took us on one of the wildest, most meaningful adventures of our lives.

And YOU were there with us.

To our customers, our friends, our supporters, our community….thank you. Thank you for believing in us, for wearing our message, for sharing kindness, connection, and positivity with the world. Thank you for every conversation at a festival, every smile, every story, every hug, every mile of this journey.

What started as an idea written on a bar napkin became a movement because of you.

We are forever grateful for that moment in Telluride, for the courage to follow that rainbow, and for every single soul who walked this path with us. ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the be hippy adventure. Here’s to chasing rainbows! 🌈 by @peacelovebehippy

Be Hippy was never just about products…it was about connection. ✨

We met you at music festivals under open skies, during early flights at airport kiosks, and in moments that turned strangers into friends. Those conversations, laughs, and shared energy are what made this journey so special.

As we head into our final days, we’re feeling nothing but gratitude for the community that found us and supported us along the way.

Wow… what a ride it’s been! 🚌🎪✈️🎶

From selling hats and tees out of the back of our VW bus, hopping from music festivals to local markets, to opening 4 kiosks at DIA (yep, airport hustle ✨), growing to a team of 25 incredible employees, and now all the way to being a tiny-but-mighty online shop with zero employees… it’s been one wild, beautiful, and unexpected adventure.

Some of you have been with us since those dusty festival days starting in 2014, and others just recently joined the journey, but each and every one of you has helped us keep this dream alive. On Small Business Saturday, we just want to say…

👉🏼 THANK YOU. Truly. Deeply. From the bottom of our hippy hearts.

Your support over the past 12 years, whether you bought something, told a friend, cheered us on, or stopped by just to say hi - means more to us than words can say. We don’t know exactly what the future holds, but we do know this:

🫶🏼 Because of YOU, we made it this far.
✨ And because of YOU, we still believe in this dream.

Here’s to hoping we can keep this adventure rolling… maybe not in the VW bus this time, but with the same passion and joy where we started.

With endless gratitude,
Leigh & Bart ✌️ by @peacelovebehippy

We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Todd Snider. A true original with a fearless spirit and a songwriter’s soul, he had a remarkable way of making people feel seen through his words. We’ve admired him for so many years, and we’ll always treasure the memory of being vendors at the Sunshine Music Festival when he stopped by our booth, a brief moment that meant the world to us.

Our love goes out to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his music. His songs and stories will continue to live on, echoing through every road trip, every gathering, every quiet moment where someone presses play and finds a little piece of truth in his words.

Rest easy, Todd. Your voice changed lives, and your spirit will keep traveling. ❤️ by @peacelovebehippy
