Peaceeeee Friends! 🥰
Im soo Happy to finally offer my Yoga practice and guidance outside the studios! As a nature lover and believer I'll be offering a series of outdoor classes (cmon Duh.) for the Summer and early Autumn.
The same as we carry our hearts wherever we walk, Hart Space, is wherever you are. I want this to feel as easy, and breezy as It naturally is to movee your body!
It's always been my intention to teach for Every* Body*, every shape size and color can come sit with me and feel like they deserve to take up space because they do! Kids are welcome as well, I don't ever want you to be held back because of your kids. Bring them! and let them learn how to meet themselves in every which way. Or leave them at home and take a moment for you okay okayyy!
I will try to stay as consistent as possible, but pivot depending on the weather. Also, because there's so much beauty in and all around us... our locations may shift from week to week, to encourage exploration and expansion. See your world! Breathe different air. Open yourself up!

🌳It's becoming more so real, instead of surreal, to me, to this little girl, that I get to be so beautiful, produce beautiful moments, reflect off beautiful people, be immersed in beautiful spaces .. that my beauty is not limited, solo sourced nor isolated. .... that *I am* the eyes of the beholder, the beholder and the beauty!
Looking back ~ looking forward, this was all up ahead, there was always light to be sourced.. all ways.

Mother's Day weekend brought me (and @dezatpeace) to @mamateewellness in Howell. What a time! I'm so proud of this Queen and I just met her! From the energy that is MamaTee, the space, the flow, the community, the snacks!!- I had a beautiful time. Laying in fetal position afterwards I was overcome with emotion, pride, joy, faith ... Yes, We Can, We Will and We Are. This space told me keep going, I'm here for you, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Thank you for holding space for US & everyone else too.
