How to explain, in a text, that the fabric colour is more like a “sand” even though the name itself is “ivory”? Place tortoise shell glasses on top of the fabric swatch to visually capture the contrast. Quick hack but it worked. by @peak_interiors

Creative Writing and Design are similar in that “story cards” are often used as starting points, as “prompts” - just like a mood board might be used to capture a vibe and for room inspiration. Maybe it’s no surprise that I selected these cards, for both writing and a design idea that’s brewing. by @peak_interiors

When a serendipitous Winter Market opportunity presents itself at 10pm the night before, the answer is ‘oh, wow, thank you…(pause for a moment)…okay, why not?’ It was a race against the clock and the rain to try to arrive by 10am the next morning.

First-ever stall experience in the books.
I’m so glad I gave it a go!

I’ve got lots of lovely items still available…mostly pre-loved, some new (ex-styling). While you’re in that Black Friday pre-Christmas shopping mode, I may have just the item for you or a loved one.

Send me a DM if you’re interested to learn more about the curated selection of unique home decor available for sale. by @peak_interiors
