We recently hosted ‘Voice It Out!’, a public speaking competition for children, organized by @speechacademyasia_bn! 🎤✨

With the theme “When I Grow Up, I Want to…”, the young speakers took the stage to share their dreams, express their creativity, and let their imaginations shine.

It was an inspiring afternoon filled with confidence, creativity, and big dreams. A huge well done to all young participants for speaking up and sharing their voices! 👏🏻💛

Today, we honour World Mental Health Day 💚 — an international day for global mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against social stigma.

Mental health support often begins at home, with the people closest to us. ❤️

We sat down with Hajah Norajleen Uminatul Hafizan Binti Haji Alimas to discuss how family support and checking in on loved ones can make a difference in mental health.

Slide right to watch. 💬

If you (or someone you know) require mental health support, we urge you to contact @th145.bn by dialling 145 to reach out for help. Follow @mohbrunei and @hpcbrunei for more information.

@_cureHeart is a counselling and coaching company that empowers individuals to overcome challenges, build their potential, and improve their quality of life.

Sometimes, a little check-in can mean more than we realise. Let’s continue to listen, show kindness, and create a space where our loved ones feel safe to share what they’re going through.

🎗️🧠💚

In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, take advantage of our 1-Month Membership Promotion until 12th October 2026. Swipe right to the end for more information. 👈

We had an inspiring evening hosting another successful Public Speaking Programme Showcase recently, organised by @speechacademy_bn! 🎤✨

The evening began with an opening speech by our Deputy Chairperson, Puan Noorsurainah binti Haji Tengah, who graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Her heartfelt and encouraging words set a meaningful tone for the evening.

From finding their voices to owning the spotlight, it was an evening filled with courage, connection and self-expression. Well done to everyone who took part! 👏

Here’s to the teachers who have been part of so many students’ lives, and to the memories that continue to mean something long after the school days are over. ✨
