The habits that keep me healthy aren't complicated. They're the ones I can maintain even when life gets busy. 💜
As a full-time professional, entrepreneur, and marathon runner, here's what works for me:
1️⃣ I prioritize movement. Running, strength training, hiking, or whatever fits my schedule.
2️⃣ I focus on whole foods. Nourishing meals and quality protein without obsessing over every calorie or macro.
3️⃣ I plan ahead. Having simple meals and routines makes healthy choices easier when my schedule gets full.
4️⃣ I adjust instead of abandoning my routine. Missing a workout or changing plans doesn't mean I've failed.
5️⃣ I make room for rest and enjoyment. Time at the beach, traveling, and slowing down are part of a healthy lifestyle too.
None of these habits are glamorous. But they've helped me build a lifestyle I don't constantly need to restart.

We came for the music, lights, and good vibes. But we ran for something bigger. 💙🎗️
Night Nation Run was more than a night of running and dancing. It was an opportunity to come together and support Stand Up To Cancer.
I love experiences that combine movement, community, and a meaningful cause.
Because wellness isn't always about training plans, personal records, or structured workouts.
Sometimes it's about having fun, connecting with others, and using movement to support something bigger than ourselves.
Movement with purpose hits differently. 💙
Would you participate in a nighttime run for a cause?

Being the dependable one comes with a cost nobody talks about. 💭
When you're good at managing your time, responsibilities, and commitments, people sometimes assume you have room for more.
But being capable doesn't mean having unlimited capacity.
And just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you HAVE to.
One thing I've learned is that wellness isn't just about what you eat, how often you exercise, or how much water you drink.
It's also about protecting your time, energy, and peace.
Because every unnecessary commitment takes time away from something else—including yourself.
💗 Setting boundaries isn't about doing less because you can't handle more. It's about being intentional with what deserves your energy.
What's one thing you're learning to say no to? 👇🏾

What if discipline isn't actually your problem? 👀

You show up for work. You manage responsibilities. You keep everything moving.

But when it comes to your wellness, why does it feel like you're constantly starting over?

Here's something worth considering:

Maybe you don't need to try harder. Maybe your routine needs to work differently.

Because a wellness routine that only works when life is perfect isn't sustainable.

✨ Missing one workout doesn't erase your progress.
✨ Rest isn't a setback.
✨ You don't have to wait until Monday to begin again.

**Consistency isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about building habits you can return to, even when life gets busy.**

7 days. One intentional shift. 🍎💗

I just wrapped up my 7-day FUEL Challenge, and here's my biggest takeaway:

Eating and fueling aren't always the same thing.

It's easy to grab whatever is convenient, especially when life gets busy. But being intentional about nutrition means paying attention to what we're giving our bodies—not just whether we've eaten.

This challenge wasn't about restrictive diets, perfect meals, or cutting out foods I enjoy.

It was about awareness, nourishment, and building habits I can sustain beyond seven days.

Because wellness isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about making intentional choices that support the life you're living.

💬 **What's ONE thing you'd like to improve about how you fuel your body?**

You show up for your job. Your family. Your responsibilities.
But when it comes to your own wellness? Somehow, you're always starting over.
Here's what I've learned through running: Consistency isn't about having a perfect schedule. It's about creating habits you can return to, even when life gets busy.
Some runs feel amazing. Others take more effort just to get out the door.
But I don't need every run to be perfect to keep making progress.
And neither do you. 💙
The goal isn't to fit your life around your wellness routine. It's to build a routine that fits your life.

You're eating every day… but are you actually fueling your body? 👀

There's a difference between eating to get through the day and eating with intention.

When life gets busy, it's easy to grab whatever is convenient and keep moving. But how often do we stop and think about whether we're giving our bodies the nourishment they need?

That's what my FUEL Challenge is about. 💙

Not restrictive diets. Not eating perfectly. Just being more intentional about the choices that support our energy, health, and overall well-being.

Because **what you eat matters, but so does building habits you can actually sustain.**

💬 What's one thing you could do this week to fuel your body more intentionally?

Who made Monday the official restart button for our lives? 😂👀

You had pizza on Wednesday. Ate dessert on Thursday. Your meal prep didn't go as planned on Friday.

And now you're waiting until Monday to get back on track?

**But here's the thing: You were never off track.**

One meal doesn't erase your progress. One busy day doesn't undo your habits.

Intentional eating isn't about getting every meal right. It's about making choices that support your body without turning food into a punishment.

Day 5 of my FUEL Challenge is your reminder: **Adjust. Don't abandon.** 💜

Be honest… have you ever told yourself, “I'll start again Monday”? 😂👇🏾

October is here, and this Cookie Monster is officially in her element! 🍪🎃😂
I love my sweet treats, but I'm intentional about what goes into them.
Homemade cashew butter, coconut sugar, almond and coconut flour, unsalted butter, and Lily's chocolate chips. 🍫
Because who says being intentional about your wellness means giving up the things you enjoy?
Now excuse me while I enjoy my cookies! 😂💜
Any other Cookie Monsters out there?

I eat a lot. And I'm not apologizing for it! 😂🍽️

Day 4 of my FUEL Challenge! 💜

Between working full-time, running, strength training, and everything else on my calendar, my body needs energy!

I'm intentional about what I eat, but that doesn't mean every meal is perfect.

Food isn't something I have to earn through exercise. It's how I nourish my body and support the life I'm living.

And that's something I refuse to feel guilty about.

💜 Are you fueling your body or just trying to get through the day?

I gave myself ONE hour to run 7 miles. 🏃🏾‍♀️😂
Took it to the streets, tracked my pace each mile, and finished in 1 hour and 4 minutes.
Did I make my one-hour goal? Nope. 😂
Did I get my 7 miles in? Absolutely! 👏🏾
Sometimes the challenge is half the fun.
Are you the type to race the clock or just enjoy the run? 👀
