What started as water damage turned into a full reset.
We took it all the way back — rebuilt the basement, reworked the bathrooms, and refreshed the kitchen to match. Every space brought up to the same standard. Peakline quality start to finish.

Meet Logan, one of the guys helping lead the charge at Peakline Demolition! 💪

As we continue to grow, you’ll start seeing more of our crew leads taking you behind the scenes on our projects.

Logan is breaking down how we’re removing an old dumbwaiter from a high-end home while protecting the surrounding finishes.

Proud to have guys stepping up, taking ownership, and helping us take Peakline to the next level. 🔨

Precision is everything on a job like this. 🔨

Our crew is tackling an extremely complex mitigation project in Millcreek, Utah. Every step requires careful planning, attention to detail, and the right execution.

These are the challenging projects that set Peakline apart. When the work gets complicated, that’s where we thrive. 💪

Getting this floor exactly where it needs to be. 📐

Self-leveler poured to bring everything up to the new finished floor height — flat, clean, and ready for the next phase.

The prep makes the difference.

Saturday well spent.

Getting every rafter tail cut, squared, and dialed in before we move forward. The details nobody notices are usually the ones that make the finished product look right.

Clean work. Precise work. No shortcuts.

Roof work isn’t the place to cut corners.

Today we’re removing and squaring off these dormers — tied off, protected, and taking it apart piece by piece without damaging what stays.

Clean demo. Safe crew. Precise execution.

That’s the Peakline standard. 🏔️

(Don’t worry they are getting all new gutters 🤓)

High-end homes demand high-end demo.

Pulling this T&G ceiling around finished beams meant protecting every surface, keeping the site spotless, and taking our time where it mattered.

Clean demo. Precise work. Zero shortcuts.

Most people saw a finished lobby in the morning.

They didn’t see the 21-hour shift behind it.

After-hours demo, tight deadlines, and a crew that stayed until the job was done.

Most people will never crawl under their house…

But that’s where some of the most important work happens.

On this project, we installed engineered LVL beams, new footings, and adjustable support posts to reinforce a weak floor before the remodel continued.

Structural work isn’t about making something look good—it’s about making sure it lasts.

Every beam, footing, and connection matters.

Most people hear “demolition” and picture wrecking balls, explosives, and a huge mess. ✈️💥

But that’s not how we do it.

At airports, precision matters. Dust can’t be spreading through occupied spaces, and shutting down operations isn’t an option. Our dust-free demolition process keeps the job clean, controlled, and safe while allowing surrounding areas to stay operational.

Different job. Different approach. That’s what selective demolition is all about.

Big things happening in Park City. Friday we finished the full interior demolition on this home, stripping it down and preparing it for a complete remodel. Next up: exterior demo and structural modifications. This project is just getting started, and the transformation is going to be a big one.
