The Staff Flow workshop was powerful, eye-opening, and took us into another dimension of movement, presence, and play

A heartfelt thank you to @ra_flows for sharing your wisdom, patience, and mastery of the flow arts with our community 💛

One of the most beautiful parts of the day was seeing so many women pick up the staff and step into the flow with confidence. Creating safe, welcoming spaces where everyone feels encouraged to explore, express themselves, and discover something new is exactly why we do what we do 💜🙌🏽
