🚧 2025 is off to an amazing start—demolition is DONE, and we’re ready to break ground on our Constantia project in Mobberley! 🏡

Swipe to see the transformation in action. These stunning CGIs give a glimpse into the Georgian-inspired elegance we’re creating, designed by @msaarchitectsltd.

Georgian architecture is defined by its symmetry, clean lines, exposed brick, and classic appeal—an ideal choice for a forever home. The best part? We're recreating this classic look without the drawbacks of owning a period property. Older homes often struggle with energy efficiency due to outdated building materials, but our modern skills ensure beauty and sustainability go hand in hand. Watch this space for a video of AJ taking us through the completed demolition! 🎥

Following the recent start of one of our latest projects, we’re taking you behind the scenes as the build begins to take shape.

In our first site update, Darren, talks through the initial stages of the project and the works planned over the coming weeks.

These early stages are all about getting the fundamentals right — careful planning, coordination and setting the project up properly from day one.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing selected updates from site, following the build through its key stages and giving a closer look at the workmanship, coordination and detail that goes into delivering a PMP project.

Plenty more to come from this one. 👷‍♂️🏡

Welcome back to Silverdale!

Today’s job: steel installation. A big thanks to @suttoncranehire once again for a top service, with Alex at @workshop.hot handling the supply and install of the full steel package. 🏗️
Some great progress has been made over the last couple of weeks. The site is looking exactly how we like it - clean, organised and up to PMP standard.

We’re now up to DPC and on track to be ready for block and beam by the end of the week. 🔥
