💃 venue change 🕺

/We’ve had to make the difficult decision to move Saturday’s Love to Dance party with Rahaan at Peddler Warehouse into our more intimate sister venue, Factory Floor. Our customer’s experience is always our first priority, and so we have had to adapt to accommodate a smaller crowd than we’d originally anticipated, and ensure that the dance floor feels as energetic and connected as possible.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s bought a ticket already. We truly appreciate the support, and understand that times are hard for everyone. Each night we put on represents a huge risk, and your early support gives helps us to deliver the events without compromise.

Limited tickets are still available for what will be a spectacular night, blessed with true Chicago royalty alongside some of the finest DJs in the city. Head to the link in our bio to get your hands on yours.

We're very excited to share this now legendary footage from Chicago basement party, Bring The Heat, ahead of @rahaanrah's visit to Sheffield in just 4 days time...

On a lineup with legends such as Glenn Underground, Sadar Bahar and Boo Williams there was a power cut during Rahaan's set, so the dancers filled in the words of Mach's - 'On & On' accappella. Rahaan managed to time the drop in genius fashion as the power came on and you can see the results for yourself! Explosive.

Catch Rahaan at Peddler Warehouse, Sheffield this Saturday 25th April alongside local selectors Richard France, Angela Kendall and Mucho Maas.

Love To Dance honcho, Mucho Maas, chooses this Chicago cut from Ron Hardy - a luminary famed for his reel-to-reel tape edits which laid the foundations for House!

“The first track I heard that connected the dots between disco and house music. Ron Hardy (commonly known as the Godfather of House) creates some cosmic boogie witchcraft with a trippy infectious groove and a glorious climax!”

With a wealth of knowledge from the early days of House music, there is no better DJ than Richard France to be joining us for Chicago legend Rahaan’s arrival @peddlerwarehouse in 2 weeks…

@richardfrance72 has delivered a classic, futuristic Larry Heard selection, which paved the way for deep house - probably still sounding as incredible and mind-blowing as when it first dropped!

We’re keeping the Chicago connection alive in Sheffield ahead of Rahaan’s (@rahaanrah) arrival @peddlerwarehouse in under 2 weeks time…

We asked our friend and selector Angela Kendall (@gellakenda) to dig out her favourite Chicago record. It doesn’t get much better than EWF in a Latin groove odyssey in our opinion…

“All time favourite Chicago record has to be an Earth Wind and Fire one. So I’d choose Runnin’. One of those hard to stand still to records and just full to the brim with Latin, Jazz and Fusion flavours from the start!”
