Tied up some of my favorite bait fish flies the other day. I’ve had some great success on Matt Bennett’s lunch money in my local water ways. If you’re targeting big bass, give this fly a shot, you won’t regret it! by @pedernalesflyco

Took a study break today and tried my hand at some cockroach flies with marabou instead of the usual buck tail. The tan one is on a 3/0 hook and the black one uses wild turkey marabou and is on a size 1.

My first flies in a few months came out pretty good. The one on the left is a craw for both carp and bass. The one on the right is a variant of the @flygeekmatt Lunch $ for bass and the salt.
