What a day at the National Youth Health Conference.

Pretty proud of our Marley boy!
Each year he has won Academic Achievement Award for his year…(apart from that one year we don’t talk about in year 1 when the Chinese exchange student won it then effed off back to China the yr after 😂😵‍💫 …probably related anyways), but this year made us just that little bit more proud being his final year of primary/intermediate before he goes to high school! 🤯

Congrats Marley - we love you so much and are forever proud of you and your curious, courageous, and creative mind 🥰

Eternally grateful to my brother @peejizle and @amanda_chan_borell at @habitatforfitness 🙏🏽

Back in the Bartercard Cup days, I played league with PJ for the Marlins. Fast forward to 2014, PJ saw me and was shocked I was over 200kg. He had just opened his gym @habitatforfitness and said, “Turn up, I’ll help you.”

So I did. Every single day, sometimes twice a day. PJ invested so much time in me, for free. I pushed hard because I never wanted to let him down. I didn’t want to waste his time and effort.

It was so nice to train at our new venture @bbm_ultimatefitness . It’s so cool to see him proud of what I’ve done from his help. I always think what if I didn’t see him that day for him to offer to help me.
