Happy 12th Birthday to my incredible girl! 💕 Caught mid-air in her split jump—because of course she’s leaping into 12 with style! One more year before she’s officially a teen and I’m soaking in every moment. Keep chasing your dreams, staying true to you, and finding joy in everything you do. We Love you my MoNa Lisa!!! #celebratingwithstyle #gymnasticslife #12thbirthday #mybabyisallgrownup #youre12 #camerapiñata #camarapiñata #voyallorar #imgonnacry by @pegando_papel

….And here’s the cool part:
The design was actually removable, so after the piñata got smashed (as it should 😂), this is what was left !! Now it’s a piece of art that hangs on the wall. 🖼️💥 From party fun to permanent art. by @pegando_papel

I love how my nephews challenge me with “This is the piñata I want” (2nd pic is the inspo pic they sent me 🤭), and YES — I had to make it as close to the inspo as possible, so I ended up using black light paint (my favorite!) to get this effect! 💡🖤

But more than anything… I LIVE for their reactions.
My heart just melts!! 🥹💖

¡Ayyy, cómo amé hacer esta piñata!
This one, by far, is my favorite one I’ve done! I made it last year for my nephew, and the most stressful part was that I ended up bubble-wrapping each little section and placing them in my backpack- I was so afraid the paper would tear!😅 Once we got to California, I glued everything on to the box like a puzzle 🧩 It was sooooo worth it!!!🥰
