With London Packaging Week in full swing, we’ve been thinking about how the role of packaging in beauty is changing.

It’s no longer just about protecting what’s inside. It’s becoming part of the formula, application experience, sustainability story and social moment.

In our latest carousel, the Pelham packaging team explores some of the trends catching our attention:
- Loose powder formats designed to reduce mess
- Compostable materials, including mycelium-based alternatives to virgin plastic
- Clear windows and visible ingredient information
- Dual-purpose packs that combine dispensing and application
- Unboxing-worthy designs made for both shelf and social

The common thread? Packaging has to do more.
