hello dear listener,

On the 1st of January, I told you this was coming. Today is the 12th of August. I couldn't wait a second longer. Here it is!! My podast. In this time I have learned that releasing something you love isn't one decision. It's hundreds of small ones. An episode here. A quiet week there. Until the perfect day. It is so.

Today, it so.

🧡 SEASON ONE OF HEARTINNERMOST IS HERE. ALL OF IT. 🤎

These conversations were recorded between 2023 and 2025, though their conception came long before that. So what you're about to hear is foundational. It's a chapter; the last one, of a life I've already walked out of. Glimpses of who I was, while I was becoming who I am. Hello you. See me, as I see you.

I've decided that the so called delay isn't a flaw. It's the whole point. We are all a little behind ourselves. Day by day, my SweetHearts.
Some of you have been here since the very first episode. Some of you are arriving now with the whole shpeel already waiting for you. All meaningful. Thank you.

So, take your time here. Or don't, devour it in one sitting, I won't judge. Each listening experience carries a different holistic sense that invites you to dig a little deeper. Once you've found yourself at your core, send an episode to the person you thought of while listening. That's how this travels. Remember the Four Pillars.

Now, the part I've been holding.
Season Two is already being made! Created, curated, nurtured and poured into for us all to enjoy. What a wonder, what an immerse, what a listening experience.
Where Season One is an intro into becoming, Season Two is a record of deeper understanding, nuanced narration, controversial thought and meaningful inquiry. Season Two roars with Power. It is evidence of the woman Season One was quietly building. So much Love. Less doubt, bolder bravery, less subtlety more transparency. Conversations I wouldn't have been confident enough to have three years ago. It's about to get expansive.

It's slow because that's a reality of life. All things happen in their perfect timing.

Desire. Crave. Lust. Anticipation. Hope. Want. Yearn. Obsession. Gaze. Motivation. Drive.

I've been grappling with this notion for a while. Interrogating the dimensions of it.
Purely, because it's a real human experience and encounter. Something I can't run away from... simply observe and confront with care.

I've been having a lot of fun with this idea.
