Step inside luxury.

From the ground up in Oceanside, CA — this 4,500 sq. ft. coastal masterpiece is one-of-a-kind. Custom @vikingwinecellars steel wine doors open into a top-of-the-line wine vault, where a hidden speakeasy door blends seamlessly into the racking. Beyond it lies a private lounge built for the ultimate at-home wine tasting experience.

Highlights include:

- Custom-built wine room with Venetian plaster walls
- White oak cabinetry with quartzite tops
- Chiseled edge stone + toe-kick lighting for dramatic detail
- Vertical grain walnut with fluted door paneling for modern warmth

A perfect blend of craftsmanship, luxury, and coastal living.

For this 1959 single-story ranch home, we completed a site visit to confirm the roof pitch and ceiling structure.

The project involves raising the original 8-foot ceilings to 11.5 feet, giving the home a true cathedral feel with more height, strength, and natural light.

This structural upgrade sets the stage for exposed beams and tongue-and-groove finishes—bringing a bold, modern edge to a classic ranch-style home.
