In cleaning out some of my old teaching materials I came across this relic, bequeathed to me at the end of the 2012 school year by two students whose co-authored it. Its pages are sprinkled with the wisdom and wit of youth, and offer a glimpse of what students were thinking about while I was droning on about physics. It makes me smile, laugh, and almost cry, all for good reasons. Most of all it reminds me of the creativity, angst, joy, and camaraderie of youth. by @pencilpoints

Had the good fortune to visit with my high school friend Jens a couple of days ago. We are both planning on attending our—gulp—50th high school reunion this summer. How did THAT happen so fast ;) We dug out the yearbook and shared memories and laughs. To good friends—cheers! taken in Fort Pierce, Florida by @pencilpoints

I met Bob and Dan in 1980 when we were all Peace Corps Volunteers in Cameroon. We have vacationed hiked, biked, camped, sailed, exchanged ideas and books, and shared stories together for over 4 decades now. Right now we are cycling in Western Maryland and West Virginia. I can think of no better company to share adventures with. by @pencilpoints
