An Australia Day feast in London. Tonight I cooked an Aussie feast for my support bubble. We had homemade meat pies, Asian fusion BBQ prawns with a mango salad, chicken Parma with chips and salad and finally, a lemon myrtle cheesecake with a macadamia and coconut crust. It just wouldn’t be Christmas without a gingerbread house. This year, in the spirit of the COVID-19 #stayathome festivities, I based the design on a local London house - complete with a Victorian bay window!
