2 years ago if you asked me to join Hyrox, it would’ve been a solid NOPE 🙅🏻
Fast forward to today, we crossed that Men’s Doubles finish line in 1hr 20mins. (Google says that’s average so I’ll take it 😂)

From not running for 13 years to starting just 4 months ago, this whole journey tested my discipline, consistency, and honestly my mental fortitude. Showing up to run every Tuesday night after a 13-hour shift felt crazy, but we still made it happen despite everything thrown our way.

Looking back, I’m proud of what we pulled off with the time we had, and even with my injury creeping in, this still feels like a win 💪🏻🥹

Huge shoutout to the best partner. Our first race together, juggling work, school and training is not easy, but we did it. Now it’s time to rest up and get ready for whatever’s next 😂

If you’re still reading, thanks for being here and I hope whatever race you’re running in life, you crush it too 💯

A film close to heart, I present to you golden hour 🌅.

This is the very first dance film that I’ve ever initiated and collaborated on and I’m so excited to be able to share what we’ve came up with.

Weeks of planning and rehearsing have led us to this very moment and it wouldn’t have been possible without these amazing individuals:
