A very Happy 40th (😋) Birthday to my best friend, unpaid therapist, crafting assistant extraordinaire, and co-Cityzen @fprocopio86. I can't imagine my life without you, and I hope I never will. Looking forward to celebrating your awesomeness with our Philly Book Crawl quest today. Love you lots! 💕 by @penguindanielle

On this day in 2019, we said "I do" at a castle in Ireland. In these past 7 years, we have had so many adventures and experienced a lot of new places (and repeats of our favorites) together. You bring me so much laughter, love, and happiness. No matter where this life together takes us, it will always be perfect with you at my side. I love always. Happy Anniversary, meine Liebe. by @penguindanielle

It makes me happy anytime I "open my mouth and Pat comes out," because to be 1/10th of the woman she was would be a massive accomplishment.

I miss her sense of humor and sharp wit, her laugh, her hugs, her kindness and generosity, her singing and dancing, her strength, her advice, and most of all her love.

Happy Mother's Day, Mom. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and miss you so incredibly much. 💕 by @penguindanielle

Got new stickers from @kingdomofthreads (forever my favorite bookish merch) at Bookcon, so my wonderful husband got me a new Kindle case to decorate with them.

Now I'm constantly representing my 2 favorite series: The Cerulean Chronicles by tjklunebooks and The Stonewater Kingdom series by @rmgillig 😍

I am particularly fond of Bartholomew and his blanket being hidden inside the case (so he can nap). by @penguindanielle

Currently suffering through those post @bookcon blues. Here are some of the highlights of an amazing weekend with even more amazing people 💕

- Met @rmgillig, @sarahbethdurst, @cassieclare1 (again), @blackholly (again), David Levithan, and @bethjcrowley
- Getting so many books signed by so many phenomenal authors I love.
- The reactions from Rachel Gillig, Sarah Beth Durst, and Holly Black when I gave them the book earrings I made for them. 😍
- Cosplaying as Tessa Gray/Herondale Saturday and with our entire friend group as characters from #thehouseintheceruleansea on Sunday. We got so many comments from people about our Cerulean characters, which made it even better.
- So many amazing merch booths including bookish tea from @clichetea, amazing new merch from my favorites at @kingdomofthreads, page overlays from @rosiethorns88, books and beautiful alternate covers from @thelastchapterchi, and more.
- Swapping bracelets, keychains, and bookmarks with other book lovers and making new friends along the way. by @penguindanielle
