I cannot say how proud of this team for being apart of the @15forlife_foundation! I also want to shout-out the team for supporting @morgansmessage! My Alma mater and the players I help coach are showing out for causes that matter! taken in Keuka Park, New York by @pennyanstringing

For this Tie-up Tuesday I wanted to share a @maveriklacrosse Logik! This was strung with @ecdlax Hero 4 mesh and some white and black strings! I strung this to the outside since it is a face off stick but this pocket can play all over the field! taken in Penn Yan, New York by @pennyanstringing

I wanted to share something a little different and personal today. Lacrosse is called the “medicine game” and most people who play would agree. There’s a certain peace that comes with playing this game. This game certainly has been medicine to me and I’m lucky enough to be involved in it everyday! A few years ago I was in a very bad spot mentally and self harmed for the first, and only time in my life. This tattoo covers that scar represents so much more to me than a lacrosse stick. It brings me peace to look down and see the “medicine game” with me everyday.

For those who are struggling with any kind of negative thoughts just know you’re not alone in this world.

For this Tie-Up Tuesday I wanted to share something nostalgic that was really popular when I first started playing! This is a blue and sliver chrome Warrior Evo 2 that I strung up with orange and white strings! This was done for the Penn Yan youth lacrosse program because it definitely needed some new strings! taken in Penn Yan, New York by @pennyanstringing

I know I’ve given a shoutout to Lax Rax before but I just had to share my storage space for my favorite sticks! It has to be my favorite thing to walk past everyday in my apartment because it looks so freaking cool! taken in Penn Yan, New York by @pennyanstringing

The off-season slows down quite a bit for me but I had the opportunity to string some @antrealax Backbone mesh in a @stringking Mark 3A! This stuff is absolutely crazy! A bit too soft for my liking but it has a TON of hold and shifts all over the place! taken in Penn Yan, New York by @pennyanstringing

I wanted to do a little Throwback Thursday because I was feeling nostalgic! This is a Brine Clutch on a beautiful Brine F10 Powergrip! The pocket is similar to what I used in high school but it is a classic shooter setup! Players these days don’t understand how good the U shooting string was! taken in Penn Yan, New York by @pennyanstringing
