LAZY MINISTRIES. POOR PERFORMANCE.

In 2026, these ministries underperform:
* Agriculture: 22.18%
* Labour: 23.19%
* Sport and Youth: 33.74%

Now, the 2027 development budgets propose major cuts:
* Housing: Down 73.55%
* Trade and Tourism: Down 71.28%
* Education: Down 25.20%
Health also faces a $271.87 million reduction.

Meanwhile, $1.254 billion was unspent 2026.
