I only got to go to Carriercon 2026 for one day, but I also got to really experiment with my work
Because there were fewer people that day, I was able to round up some very patient cosplayers who let me experiment with my fisheye camera lens (it's full manual and I'm still learning). I hope they see these photos.

They were handing cute coloring pages at the @sfbayarearapidtransit Let's Glow! Anime Festival. I wonder if they have downloadable files, so I can go all out on thicker paper 🤔

I believe @bartpdofficial was handing them out, along with a different coloring sheet (will finish soon!)

Festival photos @pennydox.photos

I dropped this pile off at the Trinket Trade table at the Bart Let's Glow Anime Festival today. Apparently they were really popular (since they were free)

Those were charms I put of love and effort and money into making, but I got almost nothing out of it. I only sold a handful of these over a span of a decade, and so they just gathered dust after a while. I'm happy they are going to a home where someone would appreciate it. Another chapter closed in my life, and another new chapter to write.

My mom neglected the bread machine for years. Today, I took it out, and attempted to change her mind about using it (also I wanted to prep breakfast).
BEHOLD! Enriched white bread! It tastes pretty good, but texture could definitely improve.
Tomorrow morning, I am having bougie ass avocado toast for breakfast!
Is bread machine worth it? Hm...only if you eat this type of food often. It can also make jam too, and other fancier machines can even make yogurt! by @pennydox

A personal fundraiser to get all my friends out of their debt dilemmas. These shoots will happen outside of conventions, so it's very flexible to plan!

Where I live, there are all sorts of 'seed libraries' at the public libraries. Basically, FREE SEEDS AT THE LIBRARY.

Every season, I like to donate a bunch from my harvests. I'm sure my local library appreciates that some of these seeds aren't your classic tomatoes and beans, and that some are flowers.
Saving seeds also helps avoid certain pests, molding, and effectively reduces the chance of sprouting all over the place (especially helpful when pulling out weeds)

Yes, it took 13 whole years to finally reach this milestone 😭
I have been so discouraged over many years, when all the artists and cosplayers I personally know have exceeded this number ages ago. Welp, after many, many years with the same New Year's resolution, I finally achieved the goal.

Thank you everyone for your support. I really mean it. It has been a very tedious, overwhelming journey, and it only goes up from here.
