Had the absolute honor of refreshing Jennifer’s five year old locs for the first time. She started and maintained them on her own and they are truly magical. She’d reached a point in her journey where she needed some extra support and I’m grateful I was able to help.

We’ve been here a year now. I finally got my Colorado drivers license. It’s real hot. Thankful for little moments with these two. by @pennywakefield

A giant dandelion seed danced across the yard this morning. It landed in my hair before I sent it on its way. Magnolia wanted me to know she’s always watching. Yuki was spicy and then she was sweet. Oliver wanted to remind me they sent her to help fill the empty space in my heart. Vance and I absolutely destroyed some crawfish. I’m going to run around naked in a video game with my best friend later, since she’s 1,614 miles away. I’m grateful for the love from my friends and family.

I promise to continue to look up and appreciate the sky. I promise to touch the earth every day. Winter will be better next season. The fireflies aren’t out yet here, but my loves in NC have been graced with their presence, and that’s important to me.

It’s Gemini season. And a legendary one.

Her name is Queen Yukinko Nuka Arthur.

I cry sometimes when I’m alone, but I’m okay.

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming of conventions and travel to show off @katiescrawford and her new makeover. It was so fun to collab with @pennywakefield on this luxury ends extension overhaul. We’d love to do more projects like this! taken in 3 Little Birds North by @pennywakefield

I’ve learned so much since moving to Colorado. If you’re looking to venture into starting your own loc journey, I’d love to help!

These beautiful babies from @wildcrafted.beauty and it was a labor of love to install them for @theintuitivenurturer. Thank you so much 🙏🏼 taken in Loveland, Colorado by @pennywakefield
