A few years ago, if you had told me I would leave France with my bestie @romanedels to build a life in Australia,
I would never have believed you. 🇦🇺

I wasn’t ready… but I did it anyway.

I wasn’t built to play rugby, but I played.

I wasn’t fit enough to start CrossFit, but I started.

I wasn’t a runner when I signed up for my first race, but I did it.

I wasn’t the best coach when I started coaching at @_basetraining , but I kept showing up.

And I definitely wasn’t expecting to become an @lskd.stores Athlete, but here I am 🥹

Looking back, I realise none of those moments happened because I was perfect. They happened because I was willing to try anyway.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I’m still figuring out who I am. And I think that’s okay.

I’ve been inspired by so many incredible people along the way. Not to become them, but to remind myself of what’s possible. Their journey inspired me to start mine. (@crossfitprolific mamas + @taylahbaker_ )

We put so much pressure on ourselves to have everything figured out, but maybe the best version of ourselves is built one small step at a time and with our people by our side.

Be yourself, even if you’re still discovering who that person is.

I hope my journey reminds you that you don’t have to be perfect to start your own.

Just be 1% better than yesterday.

You might be surprised where that 1% can take you. 💗

Sore legs, full heart. 🥹
36h and the boys ran 180km for a cause that matters.
Almost $7,000 raised and memories for life.
Added a CrossFit comp in the middle of the chaos, threw in some PRs, and had a whole lot of fun.
So proud of this crew and so grateful to have been part of something so special. ♡
