Congratulations Chef Angga on your promotion to Executive Sous!

Angga has been with Peppina and The Tasman for three and a half years.

Hospitality runs in his veins, having helped his parents in a restaurant environment in Indonesia since he was eight years old.

Angga loves Tasmania’s high quality, fresh produce and is especially fond of seafood.

“The dream has come true,” he says.

“You come to Tasmania and see lobster, sea urchin, scallops. Every morning I get a picture from the fishermen in the ocean with the catch and the next day it’s coming to Peppina.”
