💕 A morning of movement, matcha & making a difference 🎀🌸

Spent the loveliest morning at the @reformxpilatespenrith event at @percy_plunkett , in support of the National Foundation for Breast Cancer 🤍

From getting our Pilates session in to creating our own beautiful bouquets, sipping matcha, enjoying delicious nibbles, taking photos at the cutest photobooth and receiving the sweetest gift bags — every little detail made this event so special! 🥹💐🍵

But beyond the pretty flowers and beautiful moments, it was a reminder of something so important: breast cancer awareness and early detection can save lives 🎀

Let’s keep having these conversations, checking in on ourselves and our loved ones, and supporting everyone affected by breast cancer. 💗
