30 POUNDS DOWN!!! 🎉🙌🏾

Okay, technically 29… but I’m claiming that 30! 😂

And honestly, looking at these pictures, I don’t feel like I look THAT different. But that’s actually the point.

When you start your weight-loss journey at a higher weight, sometimes you won’t see the changes right away. Sometimes other people won’t notice either—and THAT’S OKAY. ❤️

You’ll start feeling better. You’ll have more energy. Your clothes will fit differently. Your body will change in ways you can feel before you can see them.

So if you’re losing weight and thinking, “I don’t even look different,” PLEASE KEEP GOING. 🥹

Your progress is happening, even when the mirror doesn’t show you yet.

30 pounds down. And I’m just getting started. 🫶🏾🔥 by @perdy_in_progress

I've been a little bit down about being at 311lbs for 3wks but I have to remind myself slow and steady wins The race. This is a change in discipline And a change in lifestyle and it won't always be quick. #WeightLossJourney #NonScaleVictories #weightlosstransformation by @perdy_in_progress

I remember when I ordered these pants for my birthday from fashion nova😔 these pants literally sent me into a nervous breakdown. At that point, it was apparent that I was getting too big. I'm so proud of myself and the determination💗 thank you everyone for your support. I appreciate it more than you know. #fashionnova #relatable #plussize #weightloss #explorepage by @perdy_in_progress

One thing I have noticed about this last two weeks is, although I am consistently losing Weight for some reason I am losing weight slower. Now i'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but Im going to keep going with the process. Thank you everyone, again, for all of your support.Though this process has been the most beautiful challenging process I have ever done, I know it will be worth it in the the end. Teaching yourself discipline and respect is not for the week at all🧡#relatable #weightloss #jayz #plussize #women taken in Lithia Springs, Georgia by @perdy_in_progress
