Snack Smarter 🍦
ATL’s mobile microcreamery
🥛Dairy-free, vegan-friendly & bad to the cone!
Except we don’t serve cones; they’d only get in the way.

Someone said I rarely show the process.
I’m a Virgo. I’m all about aesthetics and prefer to show a finished creation rather than a work in progress, but she’s right…

This is a test batch for my summer menu.
Coconut cream base, in-house strawberry-basil compote (yes I left the basil in the compote, consider it like finding the baby in the Mardi Gras cake), and agave glazed shortcake crumbles.

I left the base clean, no extracts, no vanilla beans; blank canvas. I didn’t want the tang of the strawberries and freshness of the basil to compete, or be layered on top of a finished base.

Once she (it’s a girl) freezes down and all the flavors have a chance to mingle, I’ll be able to give her a name 🍓 🌿 ✨
But for now I’ll just call her Summer ☀️

“It’s bigger than ice cream.”

That’s the message I hope was conveyed by those who read the article. I’m a picky little thing, and can’t help but to bring that same stubbornness and pursuit for perfection to everything I do.

When I say “snack smarter”, I mean it, because it’s possible, and without compromise. If you haven’t already, I invite you to try the cleanest, dairy-free, preservative absent, no artificial sweeteners having a** ice cream in Atlanta!

Thank you to @Voyageatl for finding a little mobile microcreamery like myself and providing a platform for local gems 💎 to shine ✨🍦

If you wanna take a looksy, the link to the full article is available in my bio🤭

A little Good Trouble starts with dairy-free butter, brown sugar, and a whole lot of pecans. 😏🥄

Handcrafted pralines for our Bananas Foster ice cream. Because the details matter honey.

Say hello 👋🏽 to Sweet Auburn
Harvested sweet corn folded into our dairy-free, vanilla bean-flecked cream, swirled with our in-house blueberry compote, and studded with chunks of honey cornbread. Named by John Wesley Dobbs for Auburn Avenue, Atlanta’s historic hub of Black excellence and civil rights. A scoop in honor of everything that makes our city great.

Absolutely full after having the opportunity to be part of @caresmentoring HBCU Rising kickoff. 🤎

Our future is in incredibly capable hands with mentors like @mrmentortainsteve , Tyrone Johnson, and Michael Walker pouring into our AUC STEM students who will, in turn, pour into the students coming behind them.

That’s how you build a legacy.

Grateful Perfect Blend could add a little sweetness to a room already filled with so much purpose. 🍨✨

Our Sweet Relief event at Solis Hapeville was a vibe! 🍨✨

Thank you to the Solis Hapeville team and residents for coming out to beat the heat with Perfect Blend. And to the gentleman who came back for scoop No. 3 😆—I would’ve gladly sent you home with a few more had the well not run dry.

Until next time 💕
