Me after 3 shifts in a row. I love my mommas and babies but after standing on my feet all night I’ve only got one thing on my mind.

There’s more than one way to cool down the burning from lacerations and tears down there. The pain of childbirth isn’t easy, but with some witch hazel and / or perineal ice packs you can reduce your pain, inflammation, and swelling. Keep your cool, we offer them in the Perfect Partum Purse @perfectpartum

Fun fact. I use my own products and I’m not even pregnant. I used my witch hazel pads to relieve pain and inflammation after a visit to @europeanwax . The cooling sensation instantly makes me feel better. Don’t even get me started on how I can use it on wash day.
