I created BalletFlex classes to help dancers build the flexibility, strength + control that compliments their ballet technique. It’s a dream to see the results these dancers have created once they learn how to use their BalletFlex Band and Flexistretcher’s! Some of my dancers have been using this technique for years, so remember if you’re new-don’t compare just be consistent and you will get results.✨ This class is specifically for teen dancers and we’ll be working on active flexibility, conditioning, mobility, extensions, turnout + overall control. 📍 @perfectpointedance Covina 📅 Sunday, September 13 ⏰ 6:00–7:30 PM Come train with me 💗 Spots are limited, register through the link in my bio. 🧑🏻‍🩰Perfect pointe dancers use code PERFECTPOINTE for $5 off at checkout! by @perfectpointedance
