Little snap shot from some online live coaching sessions.

Thanks to technology, we are able to help athletes, live, from anywhere.

Is it as good as in person, no. Is it better than not being able to give live feedback, absolutely.

Currently working with 10 athletes from across Canada over live video sessions.

It all started just over 3 years ago as a trial with one athlete.

Do we still prefer in person, yes. But this is a great way to help athletes from other cities, provinces, and counties and allows flexibility to train while traveling, on holidays etc.

I'm sure this will piss some off. But enough is enough.

Let's stop wasting time and energy making athletes do things that won't help, and often times just makes it worse.

Many of people in here that have worked with us for their shoulder issues or are overhead athletes that never had any issues will get it.

The rest, probably will think this is stupid.

Your labrum might not need surgery, your rotator cuff muscles probably aren't the problem (how you think), the bicep tendon issue isn't a bicep tendon issue.

All of this and we haven't even talked about how the nerves need to be addressed as well.

9 months ACL post op. I think we are in a pretty good place. Can't wait to keep building and see what he can do on the mat.

Good work Connor. Stayed with the plan when we purposely held back a few months ago.

GPS is only as good as the driver following it. Coaches can only be as effective as the athletes following the advice.
