Pay attention to how you feel after spending time with someone. Some relationships leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more like yourself. Others leave you drained, confused, and carrying a weight that wasn’t there before.
And no amount of history, shared memories, or years spent together should earn a permanent pass to your energy.
Not everyone who has been part of your story is meant to stay in every chapter.

خلي بالك من إحساسك بعد ما تقضي وقت مع حد.

في علاقات بتخليك تحس إنك أخف، أهدى، وأقرب لنفسك.
وفي علاقات تانية بتسيبك مستنزف، متلخبط، وشايل حمل ماكنش موجود قبل كده.
ومهما كان بينكم ذكريات مشتركة، أو سنين قضيتوها سوا، ده مش معناه إن أي حد ليه حق دائم في طاقتك.
مش كل شخص كان جزء من قصتك المفروض يفضل موجود في كل فصل منها.

Yes, taking care of how you look matters — it builds confidence and helps you show up better.
But the real depth comes from the inside: the skills you learn, the experiences you live, the places you explore, the knowledge you gain.
Every time you invest there, you open new horizons — and you grow in ways no one can take away from you.

أحسن استثمار ممكن تعمليه هو الاستثمار في نفسك.
الاهتمام بشكلك مهم طبعًا، بيدي ثقة وبيخلّيكي تحسي إنك حاضرة وقوية.
بس الأهم كمان هو اللي جوّه: المهارات اللي بتتعلميها، التجارب اللي بتمري بيها، السفر، والتعلّم اللي بيفتحلك آفاق جديدة.
كل مرة تستثمري في نفسك بالشكل ده، بتكبري وتوسّعي عالمك بطريقة محدش يقدر ياخدها منك

You don’t owe anyone an explanation for the way you choose to live your life. You don’t have to answer every question or justify yourself to every curious look. Choosing a different path doesn’t make you odd; it means you’ve learned from your own experiences and had the courage to build a life that feels right for you, instead of blindly following what you’ve always been told is “normal.”

إنت مش مطالب تبرّر لحد إنت عايش حياتك إزاي، ولا مضطر تجاوب على كل سؤال أو تشرح نفسك قدام كل نظرة استغراب.

إنك تختار طريق مختلف عن اللي الناس اتعودت عليه، مش معناه إنك غريب. بالعكس، ده معناه إنك اتعلمت من تجاربك، وكان عندك الشجاعة تختار شكل الحياة اللي يناسبك، بدل ما تمشي بشكل ورا اللي اتقالك طول عمرك إنه لازم.

Your self-worth starts with how you see and treat yourself. The way you speak to yourself, the respect you give yourself, and the way you show up for yourself all shape how you carry yourself in the world.

And the beautiful thing is, when you truly know your worth, it starts to show without you having to prove anything. It’s in your presence, your energy, the way people feel around you. You don’t have to announce your worth for it to be felt

قيمتك بتبدأ من نظرتك لنفسك وطريقتك في التعامل معاها. من كلامك مع نفسك، واحترامك ليها، وإنك تكون في صفّها مش ضدها.

والجميل إن لما تكون عارف قيمتك من جواك، ده بيبان عليك من غير ما تحاول تثبت أي حاجة. بيبان في حضورك، وفي طاقتك، وفي الإحساس اللي بتسيبه عند الناس من غير حتى ما تتكلم. مش محتاج تعلن عن قيمتك عشان الناس تحس بيها

Stay in your lane. Build your life. Your journey has its own timing.

إنت شايف اللحظة، مش الحكاية كلها.

بَطّل تقارن رحلتك برحلة غيرك. إنت ما تعرفش إيه اللي وصّلهم للي هما فيه، ولا إيه اللي دفعوه في المقابل، ولا إيه اللي مستخبي ورا الصورة اللي إنت شايفها.

Most of the time, we wait for our life to change before we change ourselves.
But the real shift happens the other way around… when we change how we think, feel, respond, and live, our life begins to change with us.

You don’t have to keep everyone happy at the expense of yourself. Maybe it’s time to rewrite the rules you’ve been living by, especially the ones that taught you to earn peace by keeping everyone else happy. It won’t be easy, but learning to choose yourself without guilt might be one of the most important things you ever do.

مش لازم ترضي كل الناس على حساب نفسك.

يمكن الوقت جه إنك تعيد كتابة القواعد اللي عشت بيها، خصوصًا القواعد اللي علمتك إنك لازم ترضي كل اللي حواليك عشان تحس بالراحة. مش سهل، بس يمكن إنك تتعلم تختار نفسك من غير ما تحس بالذنب يكون من أهم الحاجات اللي هتتعلمها في حياتك.
