Before we trade the patio for the dining room, we're throwing summer one last party, and we're bringing company.

On Monday, October 5, we welcome Andy Lim and Thomas Oh of Perilla Korean Steakhouse to Trino Steakhouse for one night of Sliders & Martinis. Two Chicago steakhouses, one evening, and a patio full of people who know how to end Summer and begin the Fall Season right.

Your ticket includes
SLIDERS: Unlimited, until sold out
TWO MARTINIS: The Perilla Martini and the Trino Martini
PASSED APPETIZERS: Throughout the night

Chicago knows Korean bbq as the one around the tabletop grill. Bo ssam is the other side of it, no flame required.

“Wrapped” is the translation, and it’s also the instructions. Perilla leaf in your hand, warm pork collar in the center, then ssamjang, kimchi, spicy radish, raw garlic — whatever you want along for the ride.

Fold it tight. One bite.

If this is your first bo ssam, it won’t be your last.
