This is your starting point inside PeriTrack.

You don’t need to do everything at once — just start with what you already have.

📏 No lab needed:
Enter your weight, waist, body fat — your BMI is calculated automatically.

🧪 Start with the right labs:
Hormones, thyroid, iron, and metabolic markers.

Important (don’t skip this):
Hormone testing depends on your cycle ↓
• Estradiol (E2), FSH, LH → cycle day 2–3
• Testosterone → cycle day 8–10
• Progesterone → cycle day 19–23

If timing is off, your results can be misleading.

💬 Ask your doctor for a full panel including hormones, thyroid, ferritin, and metabolic markers.

📊 Once you have your results:
Track them over time, identify patterns, and understand what’s really going on.

Save this as your starting guide.

I didn’t build PeriTrack because I love tracking.
I built it because I was tired of guessing.

My labs were “normal.”
But my metabolism changed.
My hair changed.
My energy changed.

What I couldn’t find was a system.

Not symptom tracking.
Not another cycle app.
Not a wearable.

A biological model that connects hormones, thyroid, iron and metabolism —
the way they actually interact in perimenopause.

So I built it.

PeriTrack is not about daily tracking.
It’s about long-term biological clarity.

This is the beginning.

I didn’t plan to build an app.
I just wanted answers.

A few years ago I started noticing changes in my body that no one had really prepared me for. Energy shifts, sleep changes, hormones doing their own thing.

As someone who loves data, health and understanding how the body works, I started tracking everything – cycles, symptoms, sleep, labs, patterns.

But I quickly realized:
there was no tool that truly made sense for women in perimenopause.

Most apps are built for fertility or period tracking.
Not for women in their late 30s and 40s trying to understand what’s happening to their hormones, their energy and their bodies.

So I started building the tool I wished existed.

PeriTrack is the result of that journey.

It’s for women who want clarity.
For women who like to understand patterns.
For women who want to feel informed and in control of their health again.

And honestly — I built it first for myself.

If you’re navigating perimenopause too, you’re not alone.
And hopefully PeriTrack can make the journey a little clearer.

Nobody warned you that perimenopause could mean losing hair on your head while growing it on your chin — at the same time.
It’s not random. It’s one molecule. And once you understand how it works, everything starts to make sense.
Swipe to see the full picture — why it happens, why it gets worse in your 40s, and what you can actually do about it. ↓
Most women spend years trying random supplements, changing shampoos, blaming stress — without ever looking at the hormonal pattern driving it. Because standard lab results tell you if you’re normal. They don’t tell you if you’re optimal. And they don’t connect the dots.
PeriTrack does.
Upload your blood results. See your Hair Vitality Index. Understand what your estrogen, SHBG and testosterone are actually doing — and whether they’re working for your hair or against it. Then bring that picture to your doctor — with the right questions, and the right numbers.
Because the best outcomes happen when you’re informed before the appointment.
Your hormones are telling a story. It’s time to read it.

fT3 is the most important thyroid marker nobody talks about.
Most doctors only check TSH. Some check fT4. But fT3 – the active form your cells actually use – is rarely tested. And it’s the one that explains so much of what you feel.

Low fT3 reduces your metabolic rate by up to 15%. It slows your brain’s processing speed. It causes hair loss. It makes weight loss almost impossible no matter what you eat.
And here’s what makes it even more complex in perimenopause:

low ferritin blocks the conversion of T4 to fT3. Low estrogen affects thyroid binding. Chronic stress suppresses conversion. These factors don’t work in isolation – they compound each other.

That’s why fT3 is one of the few markers that shows up across all three of PeriTrack’s core scores:
💇 Hair health – low fT3 slows cell renewal in your follicles
⚡ Metabolism & energy – low fT3 suppresses your metabolic rate directly
🧠 Sleep & cognition – low fT3 slows your brain’s processing speed

Because thyroid function doesn’t just affect one system. It affects everything at once.
One thyroid marker in isolation tells you very little. Context is everything.

PeriTrack tracks fT3 over time – in context of your other markers, your life phase, and your HRT status.
Because “your TSH is normal” is not the full picture.

After 35, things started to feel... different.
Not dramatic. Not obvious. Just — off.
Sleep that used to come easily. Focus that used to be sharp. Hair that used to be thick. Energy that used to carry you through the day.
Doctors said everything looked fine. Google said you were probably just stressed.
Nobody said: this is your hormones, shifting slowly. And there’s a way to actually understand what’s happening inside your body.
Upload your bloodwork. Because “normal” and “optimal” are not the same thing.
That’s why I built PeriTrack — a platform that translates your lab results into real clarity. So you stop guessing and start knowing.
We deserve better than being left alone with this.

These are the things that actually make a difference for my hormones. Not perfectly. Not every day. But consistently enough to feel it.

☀️ Morning light before my phone – and no coffee for the first 30 minutes. Let cortisol rise naturally before you add anything to it.
🥗 Protein with every meal to keep blood sugar stable, and no food 3 hours before bed so your body can actually rest overnight.
🏋️ Pilates and strength training minimum twice a week – three times is optimal. Both bone density and muscle mass decline faster when estrogen drops.
🌿 Five minutes of quiet, ideally outside – because cortisol competes directly with progesterone, and every moment of stillness is a small hormonal reset.
🚶 Walk as much as you can. Take the stairs. Every step supports blood sugar regulation and bone density.
🌙 In bed before 10:30 – same time every night. Progesterone and melatonin need rhythm to do their job.

And every few months: my labs. 🔬

Because habits are powerful. But they can’t tell you if your ferritin is tanking your energy, if your progesterone is why you can’t sleep, or if your thyroid is slowing everything down.

That’s what PeriTrack is for.
Small habits. Real data. Both matter.

Weight gain after 35 is not about willpower. It’s not about eating too much. And it’s not something you have to accept.
It has measurable biochemical causes.

Here’s what most women aren’t told: a woman with low thyroid function burns up to 120 kcal less per day than standard calculators suggest. Low estrogen increases insulin resistance. Chronic inflammation diverts metabolic resources. These effects are real, measurable – and invisible without the right labs.

That’s why tracking over time changes everything.

The Metabolic Efficiency Index in PeriTrack reads these drivers directly from your lab values. And PeriTrack’s Weight Manager is the only tool that adjusts your calorie targets based on your actual thyroid and estrogen levels – not population averages.

Because “eat less, move more” ignores your biology.

⚖️ Available in PeriTrack Plus.

You’re losing hair. You don’t know why. Your doctor says your labs look fine.
But here’s what nobody checks together:

Ferritin doesn’t just affect energy. It starves your hair follicles of oxygen – and the shedding starts 3–6 months after the drop. By the time you notice, the trigger is already in the past.

A sluggish thyroid doesn’t just slow your metabolism. It slows cell renewal in your follicles. And both an underactive and overactive thyroid damage hair – most labs only flag one direction.

Estrogen, progesterone, and SHBG don’t just regulate your cycle. They actively protect against the hormonal pattern that causes thinning at your temples and crown – the kind that looks like male pattern hair loss.

These patterns exist. They’re measurable. And they almost never get connected.

That’s exactly what the Hair Vitality Index does.

It doesn’t just give you a score. It tells you which type of hair loss you’re dealing with:

💧 Telogen Effluvium Risk – diffuse shedding from nutrient and hormone deficits
🔬 Androgenic Hair Loss Risk – pattern loss driven by DHT activity

Two different causes. Two completely different solutions.
Because “it’s probably just stress” is not an answer.

35 is not too early. 40 is not too late.

Perimenopause is a transition – not a diagnosis. But the right lab values, read in the right context, can explain so much of what you’ve been feeling.

Brain fog. Hair changes. Weight shifts. Sleep disruption. These aren’t random. They’re measurable.
This is your new chapter. Start it informed.

Progesterone is the first hormone to decline in perimenopause – often years before estrogen shifts. And it’s the most overlooked one.
Poor sleep. Anxiety without reason. PMS that changes. Periods that get heavier. These can all be early signs.

One thing most women aren’t told:
Progesterone should ideally be tested on cycle days 19–22 – after ovulation, when levels are at their peak. Testing at the wrong time can show falsely low values and lead to unnecessary worry.

If your cycle is irregular or you no longer have a regular cycle: testing is still useful, but always note where you are in your cycle – or that you don’t know. Context is everything.

PeriTrack takes exactly that into account – when you tested, which life phase you’re in, whether you’re on HRT.
Because a lab value without context is not an answer.

Hair loss after 35 is not just stress. It’s not just genetics. And it’s not something you have to accept.
It has measurable biochemical causes.

Estrogen. Ferritin. Thyroid. Progesterone. They all influence whether your follicles grow – or shed.
But here’s what makes it so confusing: the trigger happens weeks before the shedding starts. By the time you notice the hair loss, the cause is already in the past.

That’s why tracking over time changes everything.
And it doesn’t just tell you that you’re losing hair. It tells you why – and which type. Because Telogen Effluvium and androgenic hair loss have completely different causes and completely different solutions.
The Hair Vitality Index in PeriTrack reads these drivers directly from your lab values – and shows you where your hair health actually stands.

Because “it’s probably just stress” is not an answer.
