Happy birthday, @johnmayer! ❤️ So sad I missed you earlier this week. 😢

I made you a potholder, though! There’s a double entendre in there. 😉 I pinned a bag of Michigan chewy treats to the back, too.

So use it when you’re feeling a little goofy and need to pull your hot breakfast out of the microwave!

All my love,
Patti from Michigan ❤️

P.s. I started a Christmas scarf. This will be done very soon! 😉 by @periwinkle_patti

I’m not looking for personal opinions. It’s either you do it or you don’t. If you are friends with me, you should be aware of my sentiments regarding Veterans so I am bringing it up. I am fairly confident that I already know two individuals who will assist, but I am hopeful that I will receive more responses, as this is a pressing concern. Twenty-two Veterans succumb to their struggles daily. May I request that two friends or family members copy and repost this message? Someone's life may depend on it. ❤️‍🩹

This morning’s view. 😂

A man had a dead battery, so I stopped to help.

Then came the moment of realization…

I HAVE A ROADSIDE EMERGENCY KIT.

It has apparently been traveling around with me for more than two years waiting for me to remember it exists. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Apparently somebody else had to have the emergency before I discovered I was prepared for one.

Good news: we got him going.
Better news: I now know what’s in my own damn truck. 😂

And yes, the fact that I looked up and saw FAIRFIELD this morning made me laugh for an entirely different reason. 🎸😉

Never a dull moment. taken in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan by @periwinkle_patti
