😬😬 when people ask what started my journey.. almost not having a journey to be had..

Worst part of being sick… not being able to pick up my girls.. the other night it was a storm and my ladies were asleep in the car, I GOT TO carry them in the house. ONE TRIP. And that’s my why. So I can be the best@mom possible. Now that I’m strong enough to handle all that comes with being a mom. I am putting the time in to grow myself, and to see how far I can go.. each new muscle popping up is AMAZING for me. Each movement I see is a new goal.. was for my girls.. it’s for me too now.

✨ Save THIS for later ✨.

Kettle Bell Swings have become my favorite exercise. It’s a perfect way ti get the full body engaged. And I’m learning, how you position yourself or move your body during any workout, changes what muscles get activated.

For Glutes : remember, it’s hinging at the hip, and pushing hips BACK. When you drive forward, squeeze glutes at top position.

For Quads : remember, you’re coming DOWN until your thighs are parallel to the ground. When you’re coming up, push through the middle of your foot and heels.

Comment what the next workout I should talk about.

“Getting even” isn’t even on my mind. Only one I’m mad at is myself for letting you do me like that.

😁 whats yalls go to weight for this machine?👀
I realized recently I have settled for decent but not progressive anymore. Sooo I’m seeing what my maxes are throughout the gym 🤗 I used to do 80 lbs.. then got to 130 on a random day, and to get to 205 today was kinda cool.
