My unsolicited reference for the Perisher lifties ❄️

I’ve watched them all winter: early starts, late finishes, wild weather, busy days, beginners, kids and everything else the mountain throws at them.

Friendly. Switched on. Fast learners. Great communicators. Team players. Safety conscious. And still bringing the energy.

So when I hear “Gen Z are unemployable”…

I’m just saying, I’ve got a winter’s worth of footage suggesting otherwise. 😂

As a parent of three Gen Zs, watching these young people work makes me pretty hopeful about the generation coming through.

Employers, you should be sliding into their DMs before they get snapped up.

Being snow tourists for the week 🏔️❄️

Coming from Perisher, it’s funny how quickly you notice all the little things that make each mountain feel different: the lifts, the base, the transport, even the liftie uniforms 😭

Today’s snow date: @theremarkables 🏂⛷️
And huge appreciation for @infoandsnow for making the bus up the mountain ridiculously easy 🚌🤝

No gatekeeping here. The mountain is big enough for all of us when the lifts are spinning. 🤍

Blue Cow tip: The 8:30am terminal crowd is temporary. When Ridge and Summit are operating, skiers quickly spread across the mountain, making it much easier to find quieter runs.

Our first Christmas in July was too much fun to stop. Come join the party in August. 🎄❄️
