One of my favorite fish to target in the Rockies. So grateful to be out chasing Weslope Cutthroats up north in the high country 🎣🙏 taken in Pacific Northwest by @perrinmikitish

One of the most challenging trips I have put myself through. Me and my two fishing buddies had decided to make a trip into the sawtooth mountain range with our eyes set on golden and cutthroat trout through the ice. This trip fishing had brought many challenges that I had never faced. Pulling 3 sleds with 600 pounds of gear in total 18 miles overall had made the trip very hard but doable. It had been -10 most nights in late November and snow shoes had become vital to the success of getting into this lake. Me and my buddies had pulled our sleds for a total of 8 hours into the lake and had to hiked an additional 3 the next day. This trip had put me through a challenge I never thought I could do. I am so very thankful for these memories with my fishing buddies on the mountain 🤙 taken in Idaho by @perrinmikitish
