Got to meet and train with some awesome people I've followed in this fitness industry for a while that are part of a badass team like @kontrolledinsanity .@kevstrength thanks for putting this event together fell on an amazing day as it was my birthday lmao 😂 grateful for the tan and the max deadlift attempt 😤 tore these hands up then ate some kbbq w some new friends I met this day . I've learned that everything is temporary .
Memories, emotions, people...like flowers.
I've learned that love is giving . Giving everything, and accepting that it can also destroy. I've learned that vulnerability is always the right choice, because it's easy to stay cold in a world that makes it so hard to stay gentle. I've learned that everything comes in pairs: life and death, pain and joy, salt and sugar, you and me. It's the balance of the universe. We must learn to focus on what is going well, on what we have and on the people we love.
