Copita Week is officially in the books, and we’re still trying to figure out how to put into words what this week meant to us. To every brand, bartender, educator, friend, and person who bought a ticket and showed up — thank you. Truly. Copita exists because we love these spirits, but even more than that, we love the people, places, traditions, and stories behind them. Getting to spend a week together learning, drinking, eating, laughing, and celebrating spirits from across Mexico is something we’ll never take for granted. This thing is a labor of love. A lot of long days, late nights, and probably a few minor breakdowns go into making it happen. Then the doors open, we see all of you together, and suddenly it’s worth every bit of it. Thank you for trusting us with this weird little idea. Thank you for caring about traditionally made Mexican spirits. Thank you for supporting the people who make them. And thank you for making Copita feel less like a festival and more like a giant family reunion. We fucking love you guys. Until next year. by @persialegacy

What a special treat at Casa de Ocho in Venice, California! 🌴🥃 We had the legendary Yacht Club Bar take over, bringing some of Denver’s finest Tequila Ocho cocktails to the California coast. The drinks were flowing, the vibes were vibing, and the energy was incredible. A special night with great people, great cocktails, and even better memories. Cheers to everyone who came out! 🥂🔥 #Yaghtclubbar #TequilaOcho #casadeocho taken in Venice Beach by @persialegacy

If you're in the area and want to know where we'll be next, send me a DM for dates and details. Hope to see you there! #mynewhometillOctober #westcoastbound by @persialegacy
