Hip hip hooray 😀 😄 🙌🏽 😎
I love ❤️ the 1940's &
I love ❤️ this country ❤️ so when this song 🎵 came on #sirus #sirusxm I had to freestyle along & hit record 🪄👑 #iv🌿 it is amazing how times change...

#singing is my favorite 😍 art 🎨 especially as a freestyle artist.
I'd never heard this song 🎵 before but I had to give it a little of my perspective in a freestyle 🇺🇸 for our country in need of joy 😊 #patriotic #hero right ✅️ now

What a comparison to what they listened 🎶 to during #ww2 when this country went to war against Japan

What were they feeding their minds during #pearlharbor
Vs. What we are 👂 listening to today?

So I made this 📹 #reel really quick to reflect 😔 😐 #reelquick #singingreel
#perspectives

#usa #heros #armedforces #hiphiphooray thank you for your service to all our military 🪖 workers & law enforcement officers 🙏 for your service to our county.

Thank you 💜 teachers for your service to our students ❤️ this year!
Thank you doctors, nurses, PA's & all #healthcareworkers and providers.

God bless the USA!° hip hip hooray 🇺🇸
be proud 👏🏼 🥲 🥰 ✌️ 💛 to have the privilege of being on the land of the free and home 🏡 to the brave 😀 when you are at peace the world 🌎 must conspire to be peaceful with you. I'm so greatful 💛 🙏 to be in this country. 🏡

And to my beautiful 😍 family 👪 and friends abroad ❤️ ♥️ bless you and your countries 🙏 as well my God bless 🙌🏽 our world 🌎 hip hip hooray for all of us who've come through these times and still get up everyday to be good people ❤️ 💙 well 👏🏼 done #staypositive #beencouraged #singersongwriter by @persiangoddess8

Strech your back 💜🙏🪄 strengthen your body

Especially after legs 🦵 it's so important to strech your hips in the opposing direction this is a great chest and back opener 👌🏽

1. Working on a chin stand use a bench to balance yourself on your chest.

2. Centering your hips and then once you've balanced practice reaching for the feet behind the lower back. 😉

3. Once you get the feet practice
Streching the quads down tucking the toes under the ribs and balancing on your chest 💜🤗

Say hello to my little friend: "Big Red"
#redhawk #bigred

Like the gum... spicy and something to chew.

You should hear him #hawk 🎃

Fact: Persians have used Hawks & Falcons for hunting for a very, very long ⏳️ #hawkeye

I am yahweh's work of art ✨️ thank you Jesus for all you've done & continue to do for me. Holy ghost 👻 can be spooky sometimes to those who don't believe in miracles.

If you know me and what I've been through then you know this is a #reel #miracle getting back to what I love as an artist.

Thank you for all who've believed, prayed and encouraged me, I'm greatful for your support.

Can take the girl out of the circus, but you can't take the circus out of the girl... and in this world that's the epic of survival.

😆 God has a sense of humor & I have good reason to believe he likes the circus. It makes this world & humans way more fun 😁 not so serious 💯 it's crafty.

Transitions can be tough.

When we teach our body to adapt and transition in our workouts we learn to transition more with much more grace and fluidity in our life.

Practicing transitions with your body weight in your workouts can build your mind, body and spirit connection to make transitions more comfortable in one's day to day life. 🧘‍♀️

From Miss USA ❤️ to @victorytulsa
@brooklynndouglas you are such a joy and light in the world 🌎 I love doing life with you 💛 💕

Miss USA brought real friends in my life that are real relationships surrounded around God with godly women. Personally, this was the best reward for participating for sure. 👑
