the third time someone has tattooed my words and somehow it still hits me just as hard as the first. every single time i’m left speechless trying to process the fact that something i wrote during a quiet moment now lives permanently on another human being. there’s something unbelievably intimate about that kind of trust.

i come from a culture that turns grief into poetry is about finding beauty in pain without romanticizing it. seeing someone choose to carry that message with them forever honestly means more than i can explain. thank you for trusting my words enough to make them permanent 🤍 taken in Canada by @persianpoet

i told @machinegunkelly about persian poet in 2022 and asked how he balances the artist from the self. he said, “lose yourself in the art.” so i did. and just three years later, he wore mine. knowing he got his start at the apollo theatre, i had a feeling this hat would resonate.

from the streets of NYC to permanent ink! 🖤

I’m beyond honored to see my art become a part of someone’s story like this. this kind of love and dedication is what keeps me going.

shoutout to everyone who connects with my work in their own way – it means more than you know.

love you, mean it 🤍🖌️ 🇮🇹 taken in Italy by @persianpoet
