Over the years I’ve slowly built a setup that helps me create content that feels:

more intentional,
and more aligned with modern CRE marketing.

But the gear is only part of it..

The real value comes from understanding:
- movement
- storytelling
- perception
- and how to communicate a property effectively.

You do not need the most expensive setup to create good work.
You need purpose behind what you’re creating.

Flying backwards is something all indoor pilots need to practice 🚁

Focus on the drone pausing and moving back for an extra foot on a turn.. it will open up the shot and let you to truly show off a space or room

Letting the crop breathe will allow you to get the most of your wide angle will do wonders for your tours 🎬

You must have your throttle control dialed so you aren’t fighting stability issues - go practice!

A very common mistake I see that is probably the easiest to fix 🚁

The horizon like is where sky meets land.. where you frame that in your shot changes everything

We’re not here to show off the sky (in most cases) we need to show the property and surrounding context

Too much sky becomes dead space

Don’t let the drone determine your composition.. frame your subject and maintain proper composition with purpose.. 🚀

It controls how much visual importance you give the ground vs the sky

Keep the subject VISUALLY anchored, not automatically centered 🎬

Changes you can make before your drone ever leaves the ground 🚁

- crop bars for composition
- extended sticks = better control
- histogram for exposure
- sensor cam for safely
- drop in body sharpness for cinema
