It’s a beautiful day, and a perfect day to appreciate yourself! In a world filled with negativity, negative self talk and doubt we have to remind ourselves of our accomplishments, of our positive qualities, of how far we have come in comparison to our past self. Now I know, psychology wise negativity is a protection measure from future pain, from disappointment, and from rejection. But as people we need to stop rejecting ourselves.
