Today marks 1 year since Day 1 of my 365-day journey.

Well… sort of. 😅

I actually started working out on October 2, 2025, but I started eating clean on September 9, 2025. Because as they say, the body is made in the kitchen, right?

I still remember what I told myself that day:
“I’ve spent years having a dad bod. From today until the rest of my days, I’m gonna be a hot dad.”

And man… a lot has happened in these 365 days. 😑😐🙃

There were days I felt unstoppable, days I wanted to quit, scale move fast and it won't budge at all, days I felt strong, & there were days I felt like absolute sh*t.

Gotta keep going, no? If all of this are hell, why stopping in hell?

Because it was about proving to myself that I could change something I had accepted for years.

365 days later, guess what? I’m still here.
Still training. Still eating. Still building. Still becoming.

Day 365, and honestly? I think this is just Day 1 of the next chapter.

🥂 cheers to becoming the hot dad I promised myself I’d be.

Waktu belajar sepeda, alm. Bapak dulu selalu pesan, “kalau jatuh, bangun. itu biasa”

Motor gue pernah jatuh, rusak dibongkar orang. Gue pernah hampir berhenti. Tapi ternyata diam itu bikin gila.

Jadi gue ambil lagi kunci pas, buka lagi semua yang macet. Kadang lo harus ngebongkar semuanya. Ngelepas baut-baut lama, nyari kerusakan tersembunyi, dan ngerakit ulang dari nol. Karena nggak ada yang lebih gue percaya selain tangan gue sendiri dan hari esok yang belum selesai.

Bukan sekedar bangkit. Tapi dibangun ulang. Lebih kuat, lebih tau arah, dan nggak takut kotor. Sama kayak motor ini. Sama kayak gue.

Ini tentang harapan yang dibentuk pakai tangan sendiri. Pelan-pelan gue rakit lagi, bagian demi bagian. Nggak buru-buru, tapi pasti.
Yang penting: kali ini gue tau, ini dibangun buat jalan jauh.
